Shipping & Returns

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2-15 business days, depending to which country the order has to be delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY TIME

  • Austria: 1-2 business days
  • Europe BENELUX, DE, FR, IT, HR, SK, SLO, HU: 2- 4 business days
  • Europe FI, GR, GB, PT, ES: 4-6 business days
  • Worldwide: within 15 business days

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges depend on your order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SECTION 4 - CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to be active.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

XSBARS.COM is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order - including all fees imposed during or after shipping.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not opened. If a package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges for delivery AND the return.
